Whats the deal?

Are your neighbors abusing you? Do they have specialized training that they are using against you? Are they messing with your electricity? Causing a short circuit so that there is backfeed into the house so they can snap your outlets off or send more power than needed to them. Does your water heater or refrigerator run more than it should? Have you noticed damage to your incoming electrical? Either at the power pole or at the house. Have you noticed any strange lights inside your house at night? Is there a security system that only they can control? Do you have soft spots in your floors? Check the joists in the basement for bore holes. Do you notice a vehicle going by your house after you move from one location in the house to another? Especially if you have been near a window or door? Could be soon after or maybe 15 minutes later. Have you noticed strange sounds in your house at night? Either voices, footsteps, or scratching. Perhaps ones that may have happened earlier in the day. Cant figure out where the sound(s) is/are eminating? My guess is the electrical outlets. Do they follow you everywhere you go? Do people you talk with seem to have tidbits about your daily life that they shouldnt? When you go to the grocery store, are people staking out items that you need? Mimicking your mannerisms? Maybe even dressed like you? Your neighbors are listening to your conversations inside your house or car and sharing the information with others. A bunch of group stalkers. What is their purpose? Certainly not Homeland Security. I am certainly not a threat. Pain in the tookus, maybe. Have you noticed people wearing strange clothing, wigs, beards, odd makeup? Vehicles in front of you driving extremely slow? Getting blocked at intersections by vehicles from all directions just to slow your roll or get a picture of you? What is your take on it?
