Hard working laborer needed to help remove concrete and dig trench

I have a project that I'm getting underway today and I need a couple of guys to help with breaking up some concrete in the back yard, hauling it in wheelbarrows to the drop box in the driveway and then digging a trench in order to install a french drain. I work hard and am looking for someone with the same work ethic. you would need your own transportation. If you have an extra wheelbarrow or any tools like a spade shovel/pick axe/ sledge hammer that would be a plus I am pretty easy going but I'm looking for someone who works hard is easy to get along with, takes breaks when tired, but I'm not really into multiple smoke breaks and things like that. Pay is $20 per hour cash paid at the end of each day. I'm mainly spending today organizing materials and planning but may get some work in on the project later today. I'm mainly looking for help Thursday and Friday and maybe into the weekend....depending on how long everything takes.
