Immediately seeking a motivated Farm Production Staff in the Keene area for a long-term, first shift position. This job offers $16/hour, growth opportunities and benefits upon direct hire. Must not own or come in regular contact with birds or reptiles to avoid exposure and maintain our farm animals’ welfare. Responsibilities: Learn basic farm duties such as proper animal handling, feeding/watering, ventilation inspecting, basic animal health and litter/nest maintenance Select animals for sampling includes detailed observation of traits and overall health Collect, inspect and record eggs Complete tests regularly to determine accuracy of work Operate farm machinery and equipment in a safe manner Comply with Job Safety Rules, Biosecurity Regulations Requirements: Strong communication skills Attention to detail, able to carry out direct and precise instructions Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly Pay Rate: $16/hour, paid lunch and a generous benefit package once hired direct!
