Property owner looking for a someone within commuting distance to Townshend in Southern VT to assist with rehab of an existing lot with single family homes and cabins. Some homes are occupied and require handyman type services, while others require more in depth repairs such as roof patching, siding replacement, and general carpentry. Pay is commensurate with experience and Contractor can submit proposals on specific jobs and scope of work. Looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
