A few of the jobs to be completed are things such as: 1. Move a stack of pavers and a stack of paver square blocks from the middle of our yard to the side of our yard & stack them nestly on pallets against the fence. 2. Weedeat all around the property 3. Using a backpack sprayer spray weed & grass killer around the fences, driveway & patios. 4. Organize small shed in backyard putting everything into three large tool cabinets 5. Dig up all the grass from around the trunk of seven trees and then put mulch down FOLLOWING ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO GET THIS JOB & make top dollar paid in cash! 1. RELIABLE! this means showing up on time every day for 3 to 4 days 2. MUST HAVE OUTDOOR WORK EXPERIENCE!! Such ask knowing how to properly operate a weedeater well, knowing how to use a shovel & hoe, having the knowledge of the best and quickest way to do each job and doing each job well & CORRECTLY 3. The people we hire will need to be VERY STRONG because some of our jobs require wuite a bot of strength such as moving bricks & large stones @ digging holes & temoving grass in bery hard ground 4. Must be a PRODUCTIVE worker and get things done in a timly manner, must not work way slow as a snail. We’re looking for someone with experience that can knock out a lot of these little jobs we have in a reasonably fast manner PAY IF YOUR GREAT & PAY if youre not so great is as folles: The way we pay is by how many jobs you can complete in 3 or 4 days. So if you’re a slow worker, can’t take the heat, procrastinate, talk on the phone, etc. you would probably only receive minimum wage and then be sent home. But! if you’re a hard worker and know how to get things done RIGHT and quickly you will be paid top dollar! PAY EXAMPLES: A. Workers with no experience that work slowly, have little or no experience doing anything and don’t get much accomplished throughout the day would most likely be paid $7.25 per hour and then sent home. BUT!! … B. Workers who have experience doing outdoor manual labor and know how to do things the RIGHT WAY, can get things done relatively quickly & do excellent eork would be paid between $15 per hour and $20 per hour..,, C. In fact… for someone who is an AWESOME worker and gets a ton of things done and does a great job on everything and finishes all the little jobs we have on our list we would even pay higher than $20 per hour!
