Cleaner needed for commercial building on Fulton Industrial. I really prefer a pair but I will take one person. Cleaner will be responsible for sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning multiple restrooms, and pulling trash. Cleaner is needed on Tuesdays at 8:30P.M and Sundays at 5:30 P.M. Job normally takes about 2 hours to clean. This job pays $150 on the 1st per person and $150 on the 15th, which equals 300 monthly. Cleaner is responsible for paying your own taxes, so a W-9 must be complete before you can start working.
