𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: - Under direct supervision of Project Manager - Perform masonry tasks including building forms and pouring concrete pads for equipment placement, structural shelter foundations, tower foundations - Clean and neat conduit placement - Grounding/electrical experience to include cad-welds - Experience with core drills for shelter entry and drilling/setting concrete anchors - Civil construction, such as but not limited to; earth moving, Equipment operation, retaining earth/water, concrete/asphalt, fencing, demolition, carpentry, roofing, and painting, - Able to read construction drawings is a must - He/she is able to work independently making sound decisions on behalf of the company. - Oversee, assist, and provide technical training and review for all work as assigned, including oversee and continually refine, perform safety inspections, stay current on State and local codes and changes, stay current on best practices and products available. - Possesses the knowledge and technical skill to perform all tasks assigned related to the above - Directly oversees Construction Journeyman, Construction Apprentice, & sub-contractors. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems; team building and motivating. - Maintains onsite relationship with customer - Communicates needs, problems and questions to project management on a daily basis - Willing and able to work on site while managing crew as a whole.
