wassup to all who are reading. My name is Rick. I am both the lead guitarist and co-band leader in a band formally known as Stormsday. i say formally known, because we are in the process of reinventing ourselves. Covid has been a big “storm” in all of our lives and not just the band, and now its time come out of the storm and start making music for this world we live in. Since things have changed, we no longer have a bass player. The band consist of, other than myself, 2 female vocalist, a male vocalist, a drummer who is also co-band leader, and a keyboardist. As a group we’ve done numerous of shows for various of events. The genres we specialize in are r&b, rock, hip-hop, pop, blues, jazz, and gospel. we do cover songs as well as work on original material. the age range of our members 23 to 40 and we want to keep that youthful look. The band practices not only music, but unity and harmony. we take pride in our craft and treat every opportunity with professionalism. And we always have fun. The band is a safe place for creative thinking and openess. if any of this interest you then send me link of you playing and a bit of info about yourself. if i like what you got then i will invite you out to see how well you would blend with the band. If you can sing that would be awesome too but its not necessary. also whats not necessary is being able to read music. Also know that we rehearse every Friday night.
