Looking for someone to take exterior photos of vacant homes in Birmingham Alabama. $20 per property will be sent directly by Venmo/Cashapp/Paypal etc, immediately upon receipt of photos. Ideally they will be willing to ask neighbors if the home is occupied or not to verify. Applicants must be available to do so consistently within 24-48 hours notice. There will be multiple properties needed per week, in the range of 2-6 per week. Must have a smartphone (iPhone/Android/ Etc), no Flip phones as high quality photos are needed.
