Application of lawn care Services (fertilization, weed control, aeration) to maintain lush green lawns. The successful candidate will enjoy working outside rather than in the office. Be able to coordinate with others and adjust to changing conditions as needed to accomplish the day’s work. Duties Apply products accurately and safely in compliance with state and federal law, company policy, and the product label. Track product usage at each site using company forms. Drive a company vehicle to and from the assigned work sites. Perform daily vehicle inspections. Safely operate fertilizer and spray equipment including but not to the following Z-spray, Push spreader, Backpack blower, Backpack mister. and maintain equipment. Identify environmental, weed, insect, and disease problems in the landscape. Frequently lift 50lbs or more. Stand for long periods of time. Work in various weather conditions. Work with chemicals Using proper PPE Communicate with coworkers and managers to manage inventory, addresses needed, deficiencies, Equipment Repairs, Solve problems ETC. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. Read, write and understand English Good time management and organizational Skills Be on time for work each day Attention to detail Basic math skills for mixing and Appling fertilizer and other products Read understand and follow all product labels and use them in a safe manner and with proper PPE Competitive pay, benefits, and holidays
