Pink Fong type 2d Animator Wanted!

We are looking for a 2d animator to grow with our new youtube channel. Our budget is $1,500.00 for a 1 to 2 minute song. We will pay more as we grow but for now we need to just begin. Here is what we need: -2d with some 3D elements. -Very colorful backgrounds with lots of eye candy for the ages 3 to 6. Think Pink Fong feel. -Xtra characters if needed here and there to complete the story. -Storyboarding that we can collaborate on. The lyrics will set the direction. Heres what we can provide: -All the music, VO, sound design -Each song will be between 1 & 2 minutes. -Main characters -Anything else we can do. Please send a sample of your animation for us to view. This will be a long term gig for the right person and the pay WILL increase! Thanks!!!
