When you join the House Doctors Team, you will showcase your carpentry, repair and maintenance skills by performing a variety of tasks for home and business owners We Provide: Sign on Bonus - $600 Competitive Pay- $42,000 to $50,000 annually Continuous year-round work Professional office support – marketing, scheduling, customer support, job tracking, etc. Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Company Logo Wear Company Vehicle or Vehicle allowance Specific Responsibilities: Deliver a consistent customer experience when working in consumer home. Complete small to medium sized repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects Communicate with customers about scope of work, and set expectations Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed Leave customers thrilled with your work and open doors to future work Provide accurate estimates for time and materials needed to complete jobs Job Requirements: Skilled tradesman with 5-10 years of experience in home maintenance/repair and remodeling Must have own tools fit for to handle many types of home repairs Leader who can work independently Essential skills required include- Carpentry Drywall Painting Flooring Tile Minor electrical and plumbing IMPORTANT: We service The Woodlands Area. You must already live locally in the area, have a clean driving record, valid TX driver’s license, pass a background check and be willing to submit to drug testing at any time.
