Description

We are a growing flooring company that is in need of a Field Manager to over see installs. This involves closely working with our customers and installers. Knowledge of the flooring industry is required. Some Duties are but not limited to: • Manage several projects simultaneously. • Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines. • Ensure each project is completed according to specification, on time. • Confirm required material is ordered & available when required. • Provide timely communication of critical events that will affect the project, construction schedule and/or estimated costs so immediate corrective action can take place. • Handle Repairs and coordinate with Supervisor on what is needed and when completed. • Make Pre-site visits to new install locations prior to day of install. Compensation is open to discuss depending on experience in the industry.
