The tarp seem to have become partially unsecured and the leak has resumed. There are a couple leaks coming from the roof that will need to be repaired. The tarp has ripped and has holes throughout allowing water to still enter through the roof. There is a total of 1 sq that needs to be replaced. All of the caps and vents throughout should be sealed. There is a gutter between the patio roof and the main roof that is allowing water to enter between the walls. This gutter is in poor condition and needs to be removed to fix the area underneath. We should replace with a new gutter and seal all along the gutter to ensure the leak does not return. Interior Scope: There is a total of 16sqft of drywall that will need to be replaced and painted to match. The surrounding areas should be touch up painted as well as there are little spots throughout.
