Seeking reliable, hardworking individual with A passion to work for A first-rate company as a machine operator trainee. we are A preferred subcontractor that supports Disney, Universal Studios, FDOT, Industrial and Commercial General Contractors, and various sectors within the US Government. The optimal candidate will: -Be mechanically inclined -Possess A strong desire to learn and to continue professional growth -Be comfortable working at both ground level or 80+ feet above ground -Have flexible availability-Our operators work day shifts, night shifts, and/or weekends -Have the ability to lift 50 pounds or more -Have A self motivated character and A strong desire to learn -Customer-Service oriented -possess A "can-do" attitude We will train you if you have no experience. Qualified candidates' first 30 days will consist of 15-20 hours of training per week, paid at A rate of 14.00-15.00 per hour. We will evaluate your progress weekly, and after 4 weeks we will determine whether or not to offer you a full-time position within the organization based on your progress at that point in time. Health insurance plans offered to new-hires 60 days after the completion of training. Requirements: -We are A drug free workplace. Drug screening will take place on site on the date of interview. -Your must be A US citizen -You must have A valid Florida driver's License -You must have reliable transportation. -You must have A clean driving record. No DUI's, regardless of when they occurred. -All applicants must consent to A background screening.
