We are a small, growing manufacturer of superabrasive grinding tools. We're looking for help in our wheel prep, polishing, and electroplating departments. No experience is necessary - we will train you on everything you need to know. The perfect candidate is organized, pays close attention to detail, and is driven to learn and improve their work. Mechanical inclination or other manufacturing experience is also a big plus, but certainly not a requirement. Our team is small, friendly, and tight-knit. We each have specialties but we all do a little bit of everything, so there is a lot to do and learn. We'd rather train someone who's interested, wants to grow with us, and works well with the team than bring in a superstar who's been in this line of work for years. Looking for 40 hours per week, with some occasional overtime depending on volume. Starting rate is listed here but up for re-evaluation after 90 days. Free healthcare is offered for full-time employees after 3 months.
