HANDYMAN NEEDED: PAINTING, GUTTER REPAIR, SWEEPING, MINOR PLUMBING

I am looking for a handyman who can handle the following projects on a vacant duplex I recently bought before rehab begins: 1) lightly scrape and paint second-story windows, trim and fascia boards (just a quick job to cover bare wood that doesn't have to be high quality) 2) reattach a loose gutter 3) thoroughly wipe out all cabinet shelves, counters and closet shelves and sweep the hardwood and vinyl floors including the basement (no carpet is in the building) to clean up dead roaches and mouse poop 4) replace a loose coupler before the shut off valve on the water line coming into the east-side unit that has a small leak (the water company just installed a new meter and found the leak) There was an existing roach and mouse problem when we bought the property but we have had a professional exterminator take care of both issues and I just need both sides (including all floors plus the basement) to be swept clean of the debris. There is also some material in the basement including a washing machine, an old door, some lumber and some junk that needs to be put out for the trash. Since the property will be undergoing a full rehab soon, kitchens and bathrooms do not need to be cleaned. I just want all traces of the roaches and mouse poop gone. The property is on a lock box so you can get inside to provide a quote to do the entire job and the electricity is on in both units.
