kitten needs help

I have a female kitten I had gotten about 5 weeks ago or so. She needs to go to a vet as soon as possible. I cannot afford to take her to the vet for I hardly have any money. So anyone that can take her in and take her to the vet I'd be so grateful. You are free to keep her I just want her to get the help she needs. She has cyanosis and has fleas. Almost all her skin has turned blue and I had just realized it. Please help this kitten. She is such a sweet and lovable girl. I don't want anything to happen to her.
