Hello, We are a company located in Orange county with multiple locations in need of maintenance work. Our facilities are currently mobile home parks and apartment complexes. We are currently seeking maintenance personnel to be a part of our team Job Requirements: * Good attitude with a drive to grow within the company * Mechanically Inclined * CA Driver's License * Current Vehicle Insurance * Reliable Transportation Day to day duties include: *Pulling weeds *Picking up trash *Sanitizing club house *light trimming *painting *preventive maintenance Experience is preferred but not required as we will train you on how to use the tools and anything that is required of you. In this company you will be able to grow and also gain knowledge of how to make simple repairs. We are seeking both part time and full time.
