Division 7 is currently hiring for a Construction Foreman- Sheet Metal Installer to join our team in Riverside, CA! Division 7 is a fast-growing, successful family-owned and operated company that has a great opportunity for an experienced Foreman. We specialize in roofing, sheet metal, siding and metal cladding. The Foreman is responsible for Supervising sheet metal installers on Commercial Construction Sites job sites. Markets served includes: Commercial, Industrial, Medical and Hospitality. Job Responsibilities: · Install assemblies, such as sheet metal panels, flashing, coping, sill, sliding, rain gutters, and down sprouts, in supportive frameworks · Supervise and train crew · Plan, Coordinate and Supervise on-site functions to include, but not limited to: scheduling, material control, and rentals · Assures all site personnel comply with project procedures, safety requirements, company policies and other requirements as they occur.
