PART TIME PRO HANDYMAN/MAINTENANCE: Building: 1960's 18 Unit Multifamily Location: NE Seattle Work Type: Highly competent ongoing apartment maintenance and Unit Turns with professional customer service Production oriented handyman/maintenance with and eye for quality. Work type: "part time/as needed". Schedule is unpredictable. Skills: -Light plumbing: Installation and toilet internal "tune ups", sink and faucet install/repair, supply lines and shutoff valve replacement, valve cartridges, hot water heaters -Framing, finish carpentry, cabinet r/r, door and hardware installation -Drywall: Hang tape and mud -Water Mitigation/Restoration: ID leak source, moisture meter/mapping, demo, fan and dehumidifier for "dry out" -Electrical: Switches, outlets, lighting, t-stats and bath fans -Painting: Subcontractor or Maintenance pro -Cleaning: Subcontractor -Flooring/Carpet: Subcontractor likely Qualifications: -Lic. Bonded and Insured or possible payroll option -Long term position only -Minimum Professional 10 years experience (multi-family preferred) -Reliable, Neat and Clean -Provide excellent customer service with tenants -Good communication skills a must -Fully tooled, work truck and able to pick up additional supplies as needed -Smart phone/computer -Must be willing to pass a background check CONTACT: -Please forward resume, work history and references
