Technician must have at least 1-2 years of experience, and must be well versed in general labor/work orders. General labor requirements are: *Painting *Repairs, *Plumbing, *Electrical repairs. The technician must be expedient, reliable, and have an ability to complete work within the required time allotment. Must be able to work in a team environment and under supervision.
