Trump claims he developed the vaccine. Trump receives the vaccine. But Trump remains ambiguous to his base on weather or not to get vaccinated.
It's like a guy developing the cure to cancer, using it to cure himself and then promoting NOT using it to other cancer patients.
Trump may or may not have developed the vaccine but he sure as hell had no plan for distributing it. This was Trumps most epic failure.
