Willingness to work weekends when needed due to weather delays, or in preparation for holidays Job Overview: Work with 1-2 other team members to ensure daily mowing routes are performed in a efficient and safe manner. Tasks include but are not limited to striping lawns, string trimming around obstacles, picking up debris/sticks, push mowing, and blowing grass clippings off hard surfaces to ensure a clean, manicured appearance. Would also help with seasonal leaf cleanups during the spring and fall. Our service area includes Elysian, Waterville, & Mankato, consisting of both residential and commercial properties. Upon hire, you would go through a 30 day on-boarding period in which you will be trained on proper techniques, procedures, and get familiar with each property. After that, and only if you have shown consistent progress there would be an opportunity for a pay increase. Job Type: Part-time (20-35 hours/week) Salary: $11.00 to $13.00/hour Job Type: Part-time
