A new band. I love bands like MC5, Television, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Sonic Youth, Cocteau Twins…Sub Pop Records, Creation Records, I’m 50 but look like I’m in my 30’s I’ve played professionally for over 30 years…but now I want to only play good music. I’ve done theater shows, show bands, tribute bands, rock, jazz, big band, Swing…I was even briefly signed to Warner Bros 20 years ago with a horrible country band I’ll never say the name of. Luckily it died before it ever got off and rolling. I realize this is a total long shot on CL but I’m beyond sick of my current situation and need to do something artistic and meaningful again…playing top 40 covers is not it. My soul really needs this.
