We are now accepting applications for a Conveyor Belt Fabricator at our Oakland, NJ location. The open position is full time, Monday-Friday on the 1st shift. Compensation offered is between $15.00 and $19.00 per hour based on experience. Mulhern Belting also offers an extensive benefits package after a probationary period including: • Competitive hourly pay • Full time - 40 hours • Opportunity for overtime • Paid weekly • Profit sharing incentive • Safety incentive • Paid off time which amounts to 3 weeks per year • 10 paid holidays • Health, vision and dental insurance • 401k with match 25% match, up to 4% of annual pay • Opportunity to advance The ideal candidates will: • Be able to use a tape measure and demonstrate basic math skills • Be able to drive a forklift or be able to learn • Be able to operate mechanical equipment and hand tools safely • Be able to read and interpret work orders and prints • Be good with your hands and not be afraid of getting them dirty! • Be able to lift/move 50 lbs. on a regular basis and infrequently lift 50-75 lbs. The job entails filling work orders in a friendly work environment. The work is interesting and changes every day.
