I am looking to rehome myTexas Heeler (a crossbred herding dog found mainly in Texas; they are a cross between the Australian Cattle Dog, and the Australian Shepherd). I am leaving for the Navy and need to find a good home for a 8 mo. old Tx heeler male puppy. He is fixed and up to date on his shot records and heartguard/flea tick treatments. Medical records will be provided. He is approx. 28 lbs. and is no more than 1.5 ft. tall. He plays well with everyone and has never had any issues making new friends. I am only looking for people who live in a home with a yard or a house on some land. No apartments. He is an energetic dog who needs lots of attention and exercise throughout the day with plenty of room to run around and play. He is potty trained, knows several commands and overall loves to be a companion. He's favorite game is fetch but loves a good tug-o-war session. His rehoming fee includes his bed and his crate!
