Special Guest Speaker, Niina Baum will be giving you insights and ideas on digital, social and email marketing to help start or support your business. About the Speaker: Since graduating from Northland College in 2016, promoting local and small business has not only been a passion but a large facet of Niina Baum’s career. From beginning her career at the second largest chamber of commerce in Wisconsin as it’s marketing manager to creating and implementing a complete marketing and sales strategy for a start-up company in Alaska, she has continuously used her skills in marketing to help small businesses. Since moving to Rhinelander and working at Nicolet College, where she has specialized in social media marketing, content creation, video production, and new technology, she has been putting her passion into practice by co-founding Northwoods Young Professionals (NYP). The goal of NYP has been to help retain young skilled talent in the area. Her most recent community based marketing project was for the Northwoods Community Garden, setting up its website, social media, branding, and content. As for her credentials she has a certificate in Social Media Management, a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, and is pursuing a Master’s of Science in Information Communication Technologies. She was also voted as one of Rhinelander’s Top Ten Under 40.
