Small old house exterior: scrape/sand/paint job

1100 square foot house needs exterior scrape/sand/paint job and a few pieces of siding added on in the back (see pic near big propane tank). Siding is original wood clapboard. Also needs the deck painted. Address is in Sharon near the commuter rail station. Looking to get this done ASAP. Name your price and timeline - work on your terms. You can blast music, you can work at night, whatever works for you. You will be left alone in peace to get this done. I will inspect once before you paint, and once it is completed. Payment will be daily / full in cash upon completion based on agreed terms. We will provide paint, ladders and a belt sander only. There are some rusty nails on the wall in front of the deck (see pics). If you can come up with a solution for this, great! Let me know. P.S. I am also looking for someone to refinish flooring.
