The Order Fulfillment Lead has full responsibility for the timely and accurate fulfillment of all orders from the Harbor Sweets facility. This includes executing necessary tasks, managing workload and overseeing shipping staff in the shipping/packing department to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped within deadline requirements. In addition, the supervisor will proactively communicate changes, updates and/or bottlenecks to Operations Manager, customer service staff and shipper (UPS/USPS when necessary). Flexible schedule may be available May through August. Fluency in Spanish a plus.
