This is Marceline. We call her Marcy. We love her dearly and it breaks our hearts to rehome her. Marcy is a sweet cat with lots of personality. She’s got a great meow! She will come to you for pets and snuggles. We adopted her from a humane society when she was 2 years old. We have had her for about a year and a half, but we have to rehome her because she no longer gets along with our pets in the home. She used to be okay with everyone (two other cats and three dogs), but she acts aggressively towards the other cats (only when inside) and avoids the dogs as much as possible. She is fighting for her space in our home and began marking around the house. She MUST be the only cat in the home. I don’t believe that the marking behavior will continue once she is the only cat or preferably the only animal. I would prefer her to go to a home that will work on transitioning her from an indoor/outdoor cat to only indoors. If Marcy seems like the right fit for you, please contact me. I am asking a $75 rehoming fee to ensure that she goes to the best home. I would be willing to negotiate for the right adopter.
