We are thrilled that renowned Chef Charles Draghi will again join South End Buttery with a special dinner menu featuring rosé wines from around the world! Chef Draghi is praised for his unique cooking techniques, deep cultural knowledge and complete devotion to his craft. Classically trained in French cooking, he punctuates his dishes with the bright flavors of fresh herbs and creates sauces based on herb, fruit and vegetable essences, all without the heaviness of added butter. A refreshing dessert will be served by Buttery Pastry Chef Chris Goluszka.

During the past 25 years, Chef Draghi has worked as a restaurateur, executive chef, general manager and wine director at numerous prominent Boston restaurants and has become known as one of the best and most respected chefs in Boston. His own restaurant, erbaluce, was one of the premier Italian restaurants in Boston for 10 years, garnering Best of Boston awards every year it was open.
The wine lists Chef Draghi curated for erbaluce and other restaurants have won numerous awards, including two Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence.
