Maintenance Technician Be part of a winning team!!!!! At Seacrest Services, Inc we take pride in the work that we do and we do it right the first time. We are currently interviewing & accepting resumes for Maintenance Technicians. We have opportunities in West Palm Beach. Some of the Maintenance duties may include: • Performing minor electrical such as replacement of specialty bulbs, and electrical fixtures. • Wet checks and replacing of sprinkler heads, setting timers. • Will take care of all minor landscape work orders approved by the association. • Perform minor handy-man services around the common area of the property. Such as minor patching, painting, and furniture repair. • Replace Dumpsters in trash rooms and deodorize as needed. • All rooms will be kept and maintained in an orderly and clean fashion including pump room, mechanical, electrical, garbage, shop, etc. • Keep a list for manager of all supplies needed. • Other duties as required by the manager. Ideal Candidates will have: • A minimum of 3+ year of related maintenance experience • Good English communication skills • Ability to endure physical labor (Outdoors 50% of the time) • Ability to pass a drug screening and clean background • A clean driving record and active US driver’s license • Good customer service attitude and desire to grow with the Company Seacrest is an equal opportunity employer and drug free workplace.
