Our company is seeking a Maintenance/Painter for our condominium in Midtown Miami/Edgewater, FL (33137). Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Responsibilities: *Paint all common areas and touch up as required; inspect areas that may need paint and advise manager *Complete daily work orders as scheduled *Properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to use *Prepare various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, burning, sanding, sandblasting or other means as necessary *Repair surfaces to be painted including plastering and sheetrock finishing *Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains and special protective coatings to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties *Maintain proper inventory of paint products and keeps items orderly on paint cart.
