5k and motorcycle charity run to support Kendra, a young Burrillville resident. On July 5, 2021 Kendra was involved in motorcycle accident resulting in the loss of her right foot. Kendra is the definition of strong and will power through with an unparalleled determination and perseverance. However, she needs our help. Join us on August 29- run, walk or ride for Kendra to show her your support. Can’t make race day feel free to sponsor or donate. Let’s show Kendra a level of support like never before. All proceeds will go directly to Kendra to help her navigate this new normal. Runners are to check in at 730am, run will leave Wallum Lake Rod and Gun Club at 8-am. (All runners please park in the field.) Bikers are to check in as early as 9am, a mandatory safety meeting will be held at 10am and kickstands up at 1030am. The ride will be ending at VFW Hall on River St in Woonsocket, where there will be food, drinks, live music, raffles and a 50/50! (Bikers we ask that you park in the front lot) Don’t miss out on this gathering honoring Kendra!
