tonight i saw a large black cat with a white tuft on its chest on Kern Rd in Washington. it was very friendly so i think it might belong to someone. it was with another long haired grey cat that was much more skittish. both cats appeared to be in good health. just figured I'd post in case it helps someone find their cat.
