Guests will learn the proper way of drinking tequila, curating tequila cocktails, and enjoy delicious food pairings with the specialty crafted cocktails and shots. Dinner includes 3 crafted cocktails using Real Zepeda Tequila, 2 shots of tequila, and 3 dinner tapas. Dinner Courses Include: 1) Shrimp civiche, tangerine, charred radicchio,crispy onion, balsamic, basil oil, cibatta crisps 2) Pork Milanese, fig, radish, sweet greens, lemon, olive oil 3) Buratta & prosciutto, blistered baby heirloom tomato, marcona almond, herbs
