A Journey Back to Self will be a live reiki infused sound bath to create restoration of our souls purpose through a in person meditation The Tailored Healing Collective welcomes you to take a Journey Back to Self. In a time where the collective is reawakening to our true power we are all faced with challenges that make us question what is my purpose ? Do I belong? Will I be loved? This live sound bath invites you on a. journey of retreat back into our bodies through the power of sound . We will begin with a heart opening Cacao Ceremony to center both our hearts and minds and after shift into a 1 hour sound bath facilitated by The Sound Bowl Mom. A sound bath is an inivtation to disconnect from our bodies and immerse into the sensations the natural body feels when becoing totally present . Follwing we will have 25 - 30 minues of restorative yoga poses to call our physical bodies back in and sit with the feelings of the bath we just experienced. To bond with all of our participants we will have mingling and light bites with local probiotic company Big Easy Bucha and catered vegan snacks . Ending with a small holistic pop up shop with local vendors in the New Orleans area TEA BLENDS CANDLES PLANTS + MORE Please come with an open heart and mind for what you are about to experience and you will leave with so much more . Please bring a yoga mat or a comfortable blanket for the sound bath portion . You will be provided with a weighted eye pillow and a gift bag as a thank you for coming to spend your time with us .
