Almost Back to School and ALL THE FEELS will be on the Rise...Help kids navigate worry, sadness, anger & more! They'll lear tools to regulate their emotions with an Emotional Empowerment Class. Start school off right and give your kids KNOWLEDGE about their feelings and                   TOOLS to regulate emotions in a positive way!  Teacher Melissa Marfia-Roza and Therapist Sharon Elkins are offering a Kid’s Emotional Empowerment Class based on Pixar's “Inside Out” Movie for Pro Martial Arts students! Tickets $20 per ONE child and ONE parent  Attendees will: gain insight into the different emotionslearn how differentiate themmake a personalized aromatherapy tool kitbecome empowered on how to manage their feelings using new tools and knowledge(parents will also gain language to help their children to manage and articulate their feelings as well as encourage their managing skills - parents will also get a free gift)PLEASE READ ALL NOTES: *AGES 5-9 years best for 3:30 session // AGES 7-10 years best for 6pm session please make decisions that are best for your family. * ONE ticket per child (cost pays for tool kid for each child and one parent gift per ticket -- have two + children? get two + tickets) * Minimum ONE parent per family in attendance *Please bring a beach towel OR yoga mat to sit on for social distancing -- MASKS MANDATORY even if vaccinated
