Leadership YNPN Greater Bflo is led by a dedicated board of local nonprofit professionals. National Movement This local Young Nonprofit Professionals Network is an emerging chapter of the national YNPN organization. Beginning in 1997 as a small gathering of peers in San Francisco, YNPN has since grown from word-of-mouth and local volunteer leadership teams, to a nearly 15,000 members in chapters across the U.S. This rapid growth and mobilization of next-generation leaders clearly shows the need for installing a pipeline for nonprofit professionals early in their careers.
