Looking for someone to rebuild Deck

Hi, I have a wooden Deck and I am looking to replace it with Trex (Composite) deck. See the attached pictures. Looking for someone has experience in building composite deck, stairs and pictures/reference of work done in past. Please look at attached pictures to get an idea of the project. 1 - Size of Deck is 17x12 feet 2 - Two sides have stairs 3 - Need to demo existing Deck 4 - I will provide all the material Please answer following questions 1 - Are you licensed ?
