Cancer StrongHER is excited to bring back our class with Outlaw FitCamp Keller! Come rebuild and maintain your strength with us! We are so pumped to bring back our class with Outlaw FitCamp Keller! FIT stands for "Functional Interval Training" and you will receive a personal training approach to our session. It is perfect for any fitness level and modifications can be made to work around any challenges cancer may have thrown your way. This class is for female survivors of all cancers and is the place to regain and maintain your strength! Just make sure you have been cleared by your doctor to resume regular exercise.
