Fluid Coop Sf presents " Meet the Makers!" an event series highlighting the creators of products featured in our menu. To celebrate our opening at La Cocina Municipal Marketplace we invite you to Meet the Makers! In our "Meet the Makers!" event series we will be highlighting the creators of products featured on our menu. For our debut event we have the honor of cupping coffee with the founder of Máquina Coffee Roasters, Gabriel Boscana. Gabriel has been in specialty coffee for 20 years. Starting after college at Gimme! Coffee in Ithaca New York, Ritual Coffee Roasters in San Francisco, Intelligentsia Coffee as the roasting manager and never turning back. Driven by commitment to creating and maintaining relationships both at Origin and stateside, Máquina believes that coffee is a great connector and a vehicle to do good things whenever possible. Máquina sources beautiful coffees from all over the world and roasts them to showcase the commitment to the craft, people and the land.
