Plymouth Rock Oyster Growers is looking for a full-time, year-round employee to help with all aspects of the business: growing, harvesting, packing and shipping/delivering oysters. This position provides an opportunity to grow with a relatively new start-up company. Based in Plymouth, PROG is a small family-owned company proudly dedicated to providing the best oyster to our customers, both local and national. We're looking for an efficient individual with an upbeat, positive attitude and the following skills/characteristics: Driver's license Familiarity with small-boat handling Ability to lift 50 lbs. throughout the workday and to bend down, stand and kneel for long periods of time Comfort working in the water/outdoors in all seasons and getting dirty Flexibility of schedule, which will include some long days, early starts, late days and weekends Compensation will be based on experience.
