Being diagnosed with a Disability has only enhanced our Ability to live "Life After..." Join us for our 5th Annual Gala & Fashion Show! Join us on January 29, 2022 for a trip All Around The World! Each of our models will take you on a much needed trip as we give you a glimpse of how they are living "Life After" being diagnosed with a disability!! If your child has been diagnosed with a disability and you would like them to model; sign up today! MODELS ARE FREE!! We want to share our resources and connections to help promote a healthier and happier home environment. As well as expose our youth to the unique world we live in. As part of our activities we will develop and promote a community based resource center for grandparents who have the responsibilities of raising their disabled grandchildren and lessening the burden of the community in our area. Other activities include speaking with the youth on critical thinking skills and informing them of real world life skills. All individuals enrolled in our program will be required to give back to the community by volunteering, speaking to other youth, and helping others reconnect with family.
