Swap dishwashers between apartments

I have 2 Whirlpool dishawashwers I would like to swap between apartments. Reason is one is newer and barely used, the other still works perfectly but I prefer to put it in the other apartment. Both are similar Whirlpool models, pics attached. Both apartments are on the same floor down the hall from one another. I looked at it with my general contractor and he wasnt completely sure about the connections, particularly electrical, and didnt want to make a mistake. In apartment 1 the dishwasher is located next to the sink. Water shutoff is a 1/4 turnoff, works fine. In apartment 2 the dishwasher is further away from the sink. Water shutoff is a twist to turn valve. We just replaced the faucet there, it didnt turn off completely but we used a 3/8 compression cap without any problem. Would like someone with some appliance experience to make a proposal and/or have a look.
