Looking for upgrades on townhouse - have two great vehicles to barter

Hi- A bit unconventional, I know. I have two nice, low-mileage, extremely well-maintained vehicles I am looking to barter/trade in exchange for improvements/projects/renovations at my home. It’s a 12-year old townhouse in Huntley, IL. Here’s what I have: 2010 Honda Pilot EX-L. 125k miles. Timing belt and water pump done at 105k. Clean inside and out. Black with grey leather. No check engine lights or leaks. 2005 Honda CR-V EX. 117k miles. 4-cylinder; automatic transmission. Spotless inside and out. Red with tan cloth interior. No check engine lights or leaks. Both have CLEAN Illinois titles in-hand. I run a high-volume repair shop in the suburbs and will stand behind either vehicle accordingly. What I’m looking for…. Remove carpet in basement and install vinyl or laminate flooring. Approximately 275-280 square feet. Kitchen cabinets—either painting or something similar. Kitchen counters? Interior painting? Preference goes to someone who is licensed and insured. I have attached some photos of the vehicles and current KBB private party values. Of course, given my business and career, I believe they’re maintained better than others you’ll find on Craigslist, so will be valuing them accordingly.
