Fast growing Restoration Company looking for Crew Chief/Mitigation Technician
Ideal candidate will exhibit:
Great customer service skills - Good communication skills - Computer knowledge - Leadership - Self-Motivation - Working well under pressure - Excellent time management
**Must have a valid Driver’s license, pass a background check and drug test.**
Experience:
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Water/ Mold Mitigation experience or relevant industry: 1 year (Preferred)
IICRC Certification (Preferred) (IICRC - WRT and ASD)
Understanding of Microsoft applications including Outlook (Preferred)
Flexibility in work hours: This is not an 8-5 type job - After hours/weekends required.
Responsibilities involve:
Responding to emergency Water, Mold, and Fire damage calls 24/7 (including but not limited to: Water extraction, Demo of wet carpet / wood floors and drywall, Carpet / Tile / Pack-out services, Building containments, etc.)
Documenting essential loss information, including photo documentation, in an honest and concise manner.
Job tracking and operating software.
Understanding of Insurance Industry
Developing relationships with Homeowners and Insurance Adjusters.
Communicating to internal company personnel and external customers and clients via phone and email.
Scheduling and completing Mitigation jobs meeting job file requirements.
Maintaining clean company vehicles.
Attending any required company meetings.
