Offering a unique position that involves the abatement/removal of birds, including by legal lethal means when necessary. Prefer a hunter and/ or former military that is trained and experienced with the SAFE use of firearms. MUST be able to pass a background check for felonies - no felony arrests (no exceptions), and be able to pass initial and random drug and alcohol screening. Recreational alcohol / 420 outside of work hours are acceptable. Must be willing to work outdoors and in adverse conditions. ~FIRM days and times for work are: Monday 6:30am - 5pm w/ 30 minute lunch Tuesday OFF Wednesday 6:30am - 5pm w/ 30 minute lunch Thursday 6:30am - 5pm w/ 30 minute lunch Friday 6:30am - 5pm w/ 30 minute lunch Saturday 6:30am - 2:00 pm w/ 30 minute lunch Sunday OFF This totals 47 hours per week. Time and a half will be paid for any hours over 40 per week when there is no holiday pay. This is a full time, permanent position with benefits and opportunities. ~Must be reliable for these days and times. On-site ATVs, firearms, training, and all supplies provided. Pay will be reviewed after 90 days for possible increase. ~Experience and confidence shooting firearms safely is required~ We are looking to hire immediately. Please bring valid driver's license with you to the interview. $200 starting bonus will be paid upon completion of your first 2 weeks. Additionally, we will pay a bonus of $50 to you on every paycheck (every 2 weeks) during the summer months from now through September 1st due to the heat. This is a great steady job, but you must be RELIABLE and SAFE. Check qualifications - Please do not apply unless you fit ALL of these criteria: 1) U.S. Citizen, fluent in English speaking, reading, writing, valid driver's license, 21+ years of age. 2) No felony arrests. National background check will be done. 3) Professional or personal experience safely loading and shooting firearms. 4) OK with rugged, outdoor environment. 5) Schedule: Double check schedule above. 6) Must be able to walk briskly, drive ATV safely, and lift 40 lbs. No history of mental illness or PTSD. 7) Must pass hair follicle drug test - (But after-hours recreational 420 is ok).
