The Reunion Workshop and Vendor Fair is a one-stop shop for planning reunions in Shreveport-Bossier. Register today to be a vendor at the annual Reunion Workshop and Vendor Fair. This event is a one-stop shop for locals planning family reunions in Shreveport-Bossier. Attendees can win door prizes, browse a fair of local vendors, and attend a short seminar to learn from reunion planning experts. Local vendors eligible to participate include: Catering CompaniesEvent PlannersEvent Rental FacilitiesPromotional Product AgenciesHotelsPhotographersVideographersDJs and BandsTransportation CompaniesThe cost to purchase a vendor booth is $50. All vendors are encouraged to donate door prizes or gift certificates. Catering companies that wish to donate food should contact Erica Telsee, tourism sales manager, at [email protected] or call 318-429-0652. Your registration includes a 6-foot table with a tablecloth and two chairs. Limited electricity is available and will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration closes at 8 a.m. on Monday, October 18, 2021. Setup is the day of the event from 8:30 a.m.-9:45 a.m. Teardown is 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m. This event is hosted by the Shreveport-Bossier Convention and Tourist Bureau.
